A decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) contributor agreement is used to formalize the relationship between a DAO and a contributing entity (eg. an individual or contracted organization). A formal agreement provides the benefits of: limiting the liability of both the DAO and the contributor, providing legal recourse for the contributor upon non-payment and providing legal recourse for the DAO upon non-delivery of services.
